Château de Montastruc, located near Bergerac (Dordogne), was purchased in 1998 by Philippe de Fitte and his wife Ségolène de Marcellus. When they arrived, they discovered a château frozen in time, in need of a complete restoration. Starting in 2000, a major restoration project was launched in close collaboration with heritage authorities and specialized architects.
