So Châteaux began in 2019. France has thousands of privately owned châteaux, and behind each one there are men and women who decided to take it on. Their stories were almost never told.
In every video, the owners present their own château: what they found, what they changed, what it really takes. Every video is shot by the founder, Olivier Schweizer, himself.

Olivier has worked in the world of French châteaux for fifteen years, first as the director of two châteaux, one in Burgundy and one less than an hour from Paris.
He created So Châteaux in 2019 and still runs it. Once the camera is off, he has spent countless hours with owners, talking about their projects, their successes and their challenges.
